Debra joined Renmatix to help build the organization and culture of our company. Renmatix benefits from a high-energy resource leader to support scaling our operations and driving business performance. She is also tasked with ensuring that our people processes and incentive systems at Renmatix are competitive with other world-class technology organizations.
In the past, Deb ran a successful consulting practice to improve corporate effectiveness, and optimize team performance. Accordingly, Renmatix’s performance management systems helps drive success in tandem with talent processes that assess, develop, and reward our broad and expanding team. Prior to that, Debra enjoyed a full career at companies like Rohm and Haas and Procter & Gamble, where she held both sales and marketing and senior HR roles. During this time Debra helped drive global talent development processes, which led to “best practices” in the areas of talent identification, assessment and assignment, succession planning, employee development, and reward systems. Debra graduated with a BA from Princeton and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.
