Jennifer Miller works closely with Renmatix technical and commercial teams to advise and advance the strategy and success of Renmatix. She is responsible for the company’s intellectual property strategy, overseeing the growth and prosecution of its robust patent portfolio. She plays an important role in collaboration, licensing, financing, and acquisition transactions. She works closely with the CEO, VP Finance, and the Board of Directors. She is also responsible for the company’s talent and human resources. Before Renmatix, Jenny was a partner of Ballard Spahr LLP in the Business and Finance Department, with clients that included entrepreneurs, emerging technology developers, global conglomerates, venture capitalists, universities, and more.
