John Doerr has directed venture capital funding to some of the world’s most famous technology firms including Amazon and Google. John turned his attention to sustainability and the world his daughters will inherit. That conscientious attitude and a deep-rooted commitment to improving the human condition ultimately led John to found the Kleiner Perkins Green Growth Fund and to lead several investments in the space, including Renmatix. In addition to Renmatix, his current companies include Betterworks, Coursera, DoorDash, Essence Healthcare, Magic Leap, Nuna, Quantum Scape, and Remind.
